The Puppini Sisters Live at Islington Assembly Hall

To tie in with the release of their brand new album, The High Life, The Puppini Sisters (Marcella Puppini, Kate Mullins and Emma Smith) will now bring their sold out critically acclaimed ‘The Highlife Tour’ to London’s Islington Assembly Hall on Wednesday 18th May.

“We’re very sorry, but as we’re not sure Shepherd’s Bush Empire is going to be ready by 18th May, we thought it best to get our show moved to the beautiful Islington Assembly Hall now, so you’re not having to run around at the last minute. We’re really looking forward to it – see you there!”

The Highlife CD is out now and features a combination of The Puppini Sisters’ own arrangements of classics from the Thirties to the Fifties (Tico Tico, Ac-Cent-Tchu-Ate the Positive), jazzy reinventions of pop hits (Changes, Girls Just Wanna Have Fun), and self-penned original songs including the first single Is This The High Life.

The Puppini Sisters premiered a selection of the album’s songs during their recent sell-out UK shows and at various venues around the world to ecstatic acclaim and saw, amongst others, their versions of Missy Elliot’s Work It and a mash up of Rappers Delight and Sia’s Chandelier bring the house down!
